Would you like to join an active group of artists?  We welcome new members and have several ways that you can participate:

The Eastham Painters Guild is a juried organization.  We hold juries several times a year.  The following describes the three categories of membership. Artist Members
Artist members are full or part-time Cape Cod residents.  With just a few exceptions for our Lifetime Members, we  each agree to erect a 10' x 10' white canopy for the show and participate in a minimum of 75% of the shows.  We also agree to staff the cashiers' table and/or take on other responsibilities such as treasurer or managing our credit card accounts.  We also pay annual dues of $60 per year as well as pay a 10% commission to the Guild on all sales.  These fees cover our advertising, materials, banking and telephone charges and town vendor permits. 

Part-Time Eastham Artists
Artists who are staying in town for a shorter period of time, may also participate in the Guild's art shows once their work has been juried in.  Whether you are staying in Eastham for two weeks or two months, you must obtain a vendor permit from the town ($20) and pay a 30% commission to the Guild for work sold.   If you would like to participate, please call Donna Knight (508-255-2413) so that you can have your work juried.  You must also notify Willow Shire (508-255-8411) at least 3 days in advance of each show so that a space can be reserved for you.  Part-time members do not pay dues, staff the desk at the show nor are they required to attend a minimum number of shows. A 10' x 10' canopy is highly recommended.  Check with Donna for availability.

Guest Artists
From time to time, well-known artists may participate in the Guild's Outdoor Fine Arts Gallery at the invitation of one of the members.  They must also obtain a vendor's permit from the Town of Eastham and pay a 30% commission to the Guild for work sold.  A 10' x 10' white canopy is highly recommended and can be provided for you with at least 5 days notice.  If you are an established artist on Cape Cod and wish to be a guest in one of our exhibits, please contact Willow Shire at 508-255-8411.
